I'm not an experienced hacker but am trying to learn. Given the lack of experience, would it be easier to decomp hack a gen 4 rom or use something like pokeemerald and just rebuild the Sinnoh region tile by tile? Are there any Sinnoh maps for pokeemerald that I could use?
