At first I didn't think of a surname/family name, but then Vega asked for a full name and I was like "Oh shit.", but then I decided for Kuromiya, which means "Dark Shrine", fits well enough with a trainer with a tendency to gather Ghost Types, and I plainly found it very cool (maybe influence of my edgy teenage self).
