there could be big heists, petty thefts and dealings, wacky getaway chases
I like thinking about the background characters of the evil teams as well; who is caring for their pokemon? they seem to dabble in science and experimentation quite a bit. are members offered food and shelter at a barracks or secret housing? lots to imagine and write about
