First of all, Dr Feel Good is just a kid, a teen. He ain't fully mature yet, bless his ghetto soul. That's why he's got the Eviolite to look after him after his daddy ran out on him for some crack whore. Ever since then, Dick Kickum has been like a bro to him.
Ice Shard is to shank a nigga before he decides any funny business. Standard drug lord tactic, really. Feel Good's gotta protect what's his, whether he Protects it or he resorts to getting his hoofhands stained in the blood of some poor crackerjack.
Once Feel Good drugs his enemies, he just waits for them to get so high that he can sit back and milk their crash. Or, should I say, the Icicle Crash.
If Dr Feel Good goes out to Taco Bell, or just feels like partying it up, his Earthquake brings down the house. After such a home wreck, Feel Good goes to crash at some other chump's place until he trashes it too. If it wasn't for the free weed he gives them, nobody would let him stay.
