My little autistic brother is writing/drawing a manga about a Hex Maniac from XY. Here's his summary he sent me:
Hex Maniac Beatrix Willow is an insane Pokémon trainer with swirly eyes who's completely obsessed with the occult. She likes casting hexes and controlling ghost Pokémon, especially her older sister's Gengar (her older sister is currently in an insane asylum), which she often steals and uses to play pranks on people. Despite the fact that she's not qualified to control high-level Pokémon, Gengar (usually) obeys Beatrix's commands, if only because he gets bored sitting around in his Pokéball all day. Beatrix's only legitimate Pokémon is a level 4 Rattata she caught when she was a child. Her favorite after-school activities involve using her stolen Gengar to explore the nightmares of people she knows, reading Magical Girl manga (and rooting for the villians), casting spells, and playing cruel pranks on people. She has Yuri tendencies, is socially awkward, and loves eating junk-food. She has also written several volumes of dōjin which are entitled Yūrei Kokuō Gengar (ゆうれい こくおう ゲンガー), or "Ghost-King Gengar", about a bored Gengar who goes around the city doing naughty things, like turning into a pair of pantsu and hiding in an underwear drawer, causing acne to appear on the faces of young girls, hypnotising crossing guards, and in a special issue entitled Naikaku Sōri Daijin Gengar (Prime Minster Gengar), even impersonating the prime minister. Unfortunately for Beatrix, no one seems to be buying any copies, probably because her Japanese is so bad. Her favorite Pokémon is obviously Gengar, and her favorite move is Shadow Ball. Beatrix's arch-nemesis is a girl from Japan named Tomoko (though everyone calls her by her nickname Mokocchi).
