Just add additional regions in. Best case scenario, we get every single old region, which I actually think could happen. This kind of stuff was impossible with the DS, but with the 3DS, it's entire plausible.
Additional clothing would also be nice. Male needs the most, but female always needs more. I wish they would add accessories in like watches, gloves, glasses, etc
