As far as moves go we're just going to give you Moonlight as a form of reliable recovery and Flare Blitz, to capitalize on the Jack-o-Lantern theme, and the usable Att stat. Too many useful Special Fire moves, bro.
Not getting too heavy-handed with stat changes either. Just +10 to SpD so you don't lose 50% HP to a Scald crit, and another +10 to HP.
This is where things get interesting. You're going to retain your Grass/Ghost typing but receive a new ability called Inner Fire. This is much like Flash Fire. When hit with a Fire move, you lose no health and a small buff pops up under your HP bar that says "Inner Fire", exactly like Flash Fire. Your next offensive contact move will cause a burn guaranteed. But if someone switches to a Fire type it fails, and God have mercy on you if they switch into Heatran, in which case Heatran will receive a FF buff. Also, Normal types are immune to your main STAB contact move, Shadow Sneak, so play smart.
All in all these buffs will give you a really solid niche to be used over Trevenant, and will help you in your role as Rotombane by being immune to burns without having to hold a Lum Berry.
