Either wait to evolve it for Smack Down or evolve it now to have the second best dark dps under Shadow Weavile. Doesn't matter if you have good dark Ttars or anything now, shadow mons are best raid DPS going forward aside from Rampardos. If you have the dust to invest, it's currently the best use for it.
And looks cooler than shinymons in raids and gyms.Maybe wait a week or two until dark dps is really useful if you're on the fence, Niantic has changed shadowmon dust costs twice since launching them.
