Zebstrika is one of my favorites. It's card art and effects are pretty nice in the tcg. It sucks so hard in games though.

It's a happy go lucky bat that gives people big smooches, I absolutely adore it. Also, Psychic, Air Slash, Energy Ball and a filler move is good enough with its 114 speed in-game.
