Keep the general design of each form. Lavatar and Tyranitar are more fleshy and have noticeable scales. They are all much larger. If it was in PLA a small AK-Lavatar would be the size of a normal Rhydon. Tyranitar would be over 60ft tall.
Get rid of lava's horn. replaced with a longer tail and bumbs down his back
Pupitar looks more like a large Xenomoph egg. keep the color, change the spikes to...gooy shit that you would see attached to an egg that anchors it to walls. Have it glow internally for it's animations. Tyranitar would have more spikes down his back that glow. He is more focused on Sp Atk(beams), but with the with Egg/tutor moves, EV training, IVs and correct nature he can do
physical based moves.
Shiny form is based off Burning Godzilla, fuck referencing the original.
