I like them fit but not too buff, looking no older than around Sycamore's appearance visually. I also tend to prefer characters that lean towards the quiet/smart/gentlemanly type rather than sporty and rough ones.
They should clearly appear to be men but also retain some delicate features in how they look.
Examples of my favorites in the franchise are Volo, Steven, Sycamore and Falkner.
