What is up with the Lugia alt art price? Like I know it's not cheap but why is Lugia under 200 while Giratini is pushing 300+ and never fell under the 200 mark. Doesn't really make sense when you consider that both are popular legendary's, both are meta in the actual card game, and both have gorgeous art. Are the pull rates in lost origin and silver tempest really that different?
