Pic related is the most comparable to Typhlosion. Supposed to only occasionally have flame coming out of its shell, also portrayed in gen 5 as always being on fire.
To be frank, this is because the gen 5 sprites are just edits of their gen 4 sprites, where they were portrayed as being in as dynamic a pose as possible since they only had an entire two frames to animate them all.
