They should disable sleep moves temporarily in battle on the simulator when something has already been put to sleep. This would prevent misclicks from that one person in the world who does it once a year but more importantly reflect a user's ladder score as if earned it from people who are not retarded. Actually a valid point that the forums should discuss since on cartridge you can't Spore without sleeping just because the previous thing was switched out.
