How dare the show try to reuse characters instead of constantly making up new ones, saying "we'll meet again someday!", and then never bringing them back for any good reason. A lot of times they don't even bring back the reoccurring characters after a while.
It's almost like it's more focused on advertising Pokemon than making friendships look consistent.
