Not even just the games, but EVERY single facet of Pokemon other than the POKEMON THEMSELVES have always screamed "playing it too safe" in my eyes. And that's why the Pokemon are literally the only thing I actually give a shit about in Pokemon. Pokemon is the only thing Pokemon has over any other franchise.
This is so fucking lame. Fuck Game Freak. They've clearly lost steam for Pokemon a long time ago, but instead of opting to change things, they just go where the money is. Every time. And it'll never fucking change "because it's Pokemon." Fucking hell.
Please let Yo-Kai Watch live. Please have other people come up with fun new monster collecting games. Please let Pokemon get their fucking act together.
