Giving the opponent the ability to just say fuck you and undo its status and any of your buffs and abilities on a whim is not fair or fun in the slightest. I just won my second Mewtwo raid purely because it happened to not do that and we got lucky and broke the barrier with a cheer.
Seriously, fuck the way raids are designed
