>>42411345Not much from what I know in English, outside of the mini-guides hosted in the general's pastebin. Even then, that's missing some broad, community-based info because it was almost all done by one guy, so information on some mons might be incredibly biased or not tested enough to get the full details (the ZIS rankings in the general are often rated by incomplete or dead runs, whereas the Japanese tier listing does complete runs in Destiny Tower, with multiple people going at it). However, they're helpful if you want to know about things like how to easily buff or recruit mons, be efficient at using or getting items, and what to go for if you want to make your general teams the strongest they can be.
Unfortunately, most PMD-based info in English is lacking, due to Pokemon-based websites having a clear bias against the franchise (Serebii, for example, puts down the bare minimum with PMD complete with flat out misinfo, while Bulbapedia just has raw stats and nothing else. No PMD-specific site exists.)
However, while it's in Japanese, 5ch's EoS Wiki is a great resource for finding out more about mons. Navigating the site if you don't know the language or are using Google Translate might be tough at first, but it has loads of information you'd never get on other sites, like mons' levelup growths and base stats, ideal tips on how to levelup and get things done, datamined info on things like gender and even enemy stats in dungeons where you can't even recruit them. It's the perfect resource to use, despite the language barrier.
