It wouldn't be kept in against a Bruxish, regardless of priority, because Bruxish is a water type and seems semi bulky. Tsareena is weak to all of Talonflame's typical attacks, and probably has no coverage. Psychic terrain will affect it somewhat, but it depends on who's on the field against it at the time
