He wouldn't even make the CS chart most weeks if I didn't go out of my way to use him each week. That clear in the twitter video was insane, and I'm honestly not entirely sure how it worked, but it was most likely just one player taking advantage of a bunch of niche conditions. You're probably never going to be stuck on a stage and think "wow, if only I had SSilver, then I'd be able to clear this" so don't worry too much. 90% of existing units will be powercrept in about a year's time anyways.
But he's a cute tsundere and you should pull on him when he reruns for that reason alone.
