What's the most they can reasonably request from a random citizen, and expect to be obeyed? And how about their subordinates in the League, can they demand even their lives at a moment's notice, and without complaint?
Is there some quality to them that lends them superior authority? Perhaps the intensity of their very presence commands obedience, or the myth of the Champion title in itself demands reverence from anyone old enough to understand what it means.
