Lewds and fapfics, however, are still going strong, thanks to a cadre of dedicated lewd hunters, drawfags and writefags (or one of them at least, most of the others seem to have dried up). Much as Wickess' interpretation of the character doesn't exactly suit my personal taste, their stuff is high quality and ridiculously prolific, which balances it out.
