>>46251779There should be some minimal counterplay, most pokemon, even those who are used the most, have at least a small pool of counters, but getting a bulky fire type just for magearna, and have it be a nuisance in most other situations is too autistic and centralizing.
All of Magearnas sets combined can easily OHKO 33 out of the 39 pokemon that are OU by usage! And the fact that it will get more boosts upon every kill, makes it extremely ez to pressure the opponent or just setup and sweep. Your team should have some minor ability to adapt to a each magearna set even if it kills some of your pokemon. This is never the case unless you restrict yourself from using many pokemon that would otherwise be great picks.

Haze toxapex is useless against stored power. This is what im talking about, players use stored power only 40% of the time, its a literal lottery. On a balanced pokemon metagame this shouldn't happen, if the smogon council keeps this slow pace no one will play their retarded metas, even if they are better than the official ones, they are still shit.
