>>43350498and yes, I do see the irony of
"Don't let anything stop you from accomplishing your goals"
"I don't respect anyone older if they aren't more successful/set in life as I am"
This infers one of the two:
A: I respect no one older.
B: I have underachieved for the sake of having people to respect.
Its neither really, its just a happy circumstance that played off rolling the dice of Life. I never stopped rolling dice, even when the returns were snake eyes. I am where I am today because I never stopped, nor did I allow anyone to stop me from rolling the dice. The thing about dice however, isn't simply rolling them, but knowing when and where to throw them.
To some, I'm just very lucky; to others I'm just very calculating and plotting. Personally, I just find it common sense, that all it took was a little bit of effort, door knocking, and willpower to accomplish my goals, which again vary from time to time.
That, and living in a Divine purpose helps to; after all, if it is the Will of the Divine for you to obtain your goal, then it is simply done and fated; if it is not, then it is not. You can force check it with a dice roll as many times as you want, however you'll often return results that aren't exactly what you want. Keep those results though, because ultimately, those are profits from little effort put in.
I suppose what I mean to say is, "Put in a little bit of physical/mental/spiritual effort, and you'll accomplish what you want to in this lifetime...but you have to have the ability to willingly do so."
