You see, when a picture exists to be solely sexual or to give sexual pleasure, it breaks /vp/ #2. When a picture is not sexually designed, however is relatively fetishistic then it's fine. Examples of this are "Non obvious tickling, Safe/Innocent Macro stuff, Implied stuff etc."
Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it breaks the rules, if you know what the fetish is behind the posting then you are no better than the people who get off to it, or post it are.
