Look at this mother fucker, he should hit like a truck. His middle stage is a gen 1 classic mon and each of his evolutions are in a different gen. I feel like the only reason this line isn't that well remembered is because it wasn't good. Even with these changes it probably wouldn't be OU, but with these states, it would be a menacing bulky attacker who could run assault very or scarf. Its meddling speed and low defense would give it counter play, but it would be a monster to have to switch into.
