If it is about getting what we want then we want pokemon to realize its full potential. If you love something you want to see it that thing grow up healthy and disregarding your full potential for money is degenerate.
Of course the real reason why we don't see change is gamefreak and by extension TPCi see pokemon as nothing but a capitalistic investment. Moving on without sacrificing your integrity would be to admit that pokemon is nothing but a money making machine openly call it out for it. If only sleep wheren't so merciful.
