For starters, it's not even like it's any sort of OC, it's just another workshopped template, and currently one of the most overused templates within the past few years. When even the lost low-effort subhuman needs to make an edit, they can genuinely just open up MS Paint, shit out a doodle in a couple of minutes, and call it new.
The concept isn't even original in the slightest either - it's just a degradation of normalfag, which was already in itself a degradation of sheeple - the concept has already been done several times before, but for whatever reason people try to tout it like it's some game changer for reality because it got slapped onto a woa
And design-wise, it's possibly the least original wojak edit yet. Remove all hints of facial detail, remove any detail to eyes and expression, color it grey, call it something "original". Even old Sonic OCs have more going than this, this is something that feels like it was slapped together in a literal minute with how bland and featureless it is.
From start to finish, NPC is arguably the least self-aware meme to be shat out from this dump in the past few years - a meme devoid of any originality or implication of being able to think for yourself. In all actuality, it's the perfect anti-meme.
