pixelmon will update with the new pokemon, right? we can literally just re-create galar and use whatever pokemon we want! we can make a dedicated server with a huge revamped wild area for trainers to battle, raid, and complete the national dex. hell, we can make our own new region (with no fakemons of course) specifically tailored to the real fans.
