>>47439103I tried replaying this game and Black this year and I have come to the conclusion that Pokémon was never good. Dropped the games because they were so slow and boring, even by RPG standards. Pretty sure people just put up with shit games because of the love of the characters and concepts.
/vp/ is more entertaining than any Pokémon game. Which is fucking sad. This is how I interact with "the brand" (in addition to random merch), so I don't think the problem is with me. I love Pokémon. I don't like the games. and from all the constant bitching, I'm starting to think no one does. Just fanboys coping with the realization that baby games are for babies.
