Like Metagross. It may be immune to poison, but it still getting hit by Seviper's tail. Honedge is not intangible (it's literally a sword) so of course it gets hit by Quick Attack.
We have logical stuff like this, then we get retardation like this, where Mega Altaria is arbitrarily immune to Dragon Rush even a though 474 lb fish-dragon-thing still physically rammed into it at 40 mph.
