The Giga one isn't exactly harmless though but both will still try to eat you if you don't resist much or give them a good reason. The giga one seems to always have the idea even in a relationship with you in my experience.
If you want Rumia to be more threatening unseal her by removing her ribbon which is an ofuda. Lore wise she is more "harmless" due to the seal not being able to be touched by youkai, Rumia herself Isn't even aware she's sealed. >>53570179 That would be pretty despair inducing!
