Also unrelated, but for more info on that whole Hydrappl thing, just cause I think it's cool -- All of the unannounced Pokemon currently exist with their indexes scrubbed in the files. However, they're ordered with the national dex alphabetically, consistent across all regions. Dipplin's evolution in English, is listed between Huntail and Hydreigon... in other words, it almost surely starts with "Hydra". From there, "Hydrappl" or "Hydrapplin" or some such variation is very likely its name.
