The new pokemon in terms of designs fall into 3 categories.
>1) Genuine Cool/Awesome: H-Samurott, H-Typhlosion, H-Goodra, H-Weavile, H-Zoroark, H-Liligant, H-Palkia, Basculegion, Ursaring Evo, H-Voltorb, H-Sneasel, H-Zorua, H-Growlithe, H-Sligoo
>2) Niche: Wydeer, H-Arcanine, Kleavor, H-Decidueye
>3) Shit: New Genie (though could be counted as Niche), Quilfish evo, H-Dialga, H-Electrode
All in all I'd say this is a good ratio, very successful as far as new Pokemon designs go.
