The concept of Kieran itself is more or less the same across those universes, but how he ends up entirely depends on the player and their love for him. Sure, some of those forms of love may not exactly be innocent, but it is still "love" nonetheless. Even YOU have your own Kieran; the one in your heart.
Of course, the best way to prevent yourself from becoming an insufferable schizo is by realizing that there is only one true Kieran, aka the one for Juliana/Florian, and getting jealous over seeing self inserts that aren't canon near him is very silly. I believe that you will recover eventually.
