>>56798677Honestly Chesnaught is a great concept and the design can be saved. My main issue with it are the long ass legs making it look like a human man. Personally I would've made his legs stubby like Blastoise and have it visibly peek out of its shell when it attacks like Hisuian Goodra.
Using slightly altered colors helps with the palette. I love the theme of it turning lighter, but it's just such an ugly and clashing palette they chose.
Pic related. Nicer color choices that blend with each other and making Chesnaught more visibly round with shorter legs makes a massive difference.
