Though I'm also leaning towards it being the hinted at Bloodmoon Mightyena evo/form.
But it could also be the thing the Pokemon and trainer are 'chasing' on the sign. The silhouette in the bottom left, assuming its not Ogrepon after it maybe stole the treasure?
