My solution is to simply give the player multiple routes with different characters, where enslavement happens maybe 30% into the storyline and the rest focuses on what happens later. That's a very logical way to do it. However, most games I've played try to give the player the feeling of being overpowered, humiliated and/or raped, which I've never seen executed well because the player always wants to consent. You'd have to introduce something to actively make the player not want to consent, some kind of reward for resisting.
Also since you mentioned AI, I think the public models really struggle with femdom content. But, in loving memory of KoikatsuAnon, 3D models can be used.
