it was perfect it even seems like the writers know it too, they put it so much higher than all the other seasons. Paul, Cythina, champion league(PWC), Dawn, and a few others all go back to DP. even though it was the end of the original era it felt like they really wanted to start something longer with DP, something that would have gone over multiple seasons but for whatever reasons did not.
I mean there were a lot of DP plotlines that felt like they were meant to be long but still ended in DP(still worked out for the most part)
