I know that sounds specific, but what happened is last night I decided to change the clock since I appear to have missed doing so when daylight savings happened. It has been 9 hours of sleep time and 9 hours of awake time since then, with me trying to get more bases from online constantly, with no luck at all. The places I checked said the normal cooldown is 8 hours and I've obviously more than doubled that. It seemed about correct for the two times I got new bases yesterday, but today is all fucked up
