CESH means Chromatic Embellishment of Static Harmony, or essentially one of them descending bass lines that you typically hear towards the end of pokemon games(Sootopolis, Sunyshore, Opelucid all have CESH at the beginning of their A phrase(C phrase for Sunyshore))
