I had a dream that I was making a fangame last night. Strangely, this is something I had never considered in my whole life and yet still had a dream about.
However I have absolutely zero knowledge of how this is even done. I have no knowledge of coding, drawing, spriting, music or pretty much anything that would be required to make something like this. I don't even have ideas for a region or storyline or anything else because, as I mentioned, I had never ever thought of doing something like this.
However, there's still a nagging feeling that this dream meant something and I should give it a try.
What do you think bros? How hard would it be for someone to start from the absolute zero for this? Would it be worth it? Or should I just not even try? How were things for you? How did you start and why? Maybe hearing other people's stories will help me decide.
