It feels like we're getting sidetracked. Your opening post said a full week, that is 7 days, isn't enough time to write one episode, or can't be sustained over multiple weeks. I've tried to explain to you why that's absurd. Fanfic writers do it all the time, and their stories are a lot more complicated and adult-oriented than a children's cartoon. They're not being paid to do it, and they typically care a lot more about quality than a child's show would.
The real difficulty when it comes to making an episode is the actual animation process. Writers have it easy. The most complicated part of being a writer is keeping your ideas sanitized enough for a children's show and not writing something that would over-stress the animators(such as, for example, demanding they animate every battle in a tournament a few months before the tournament airs)
