Sorry argumentative-kun, but the games and anime, practically all official sources of Pokemon, support Humans being at least durable enough to survive attacks. In PLA you can take plenty of beating before going down, in the modern games humans are never too frightened of being attacked by a pokemon, and in the anime humans have already been shown fighting pokemon and holding their own
Your headcanon that Pokemon world humans are weak is just a projection of your own weakness.
