I imagine it as something typically associated with those that have a mastery over the make up of the universe to such a degree that they can either control, travel through, measure or manipulate time. As such it would be typically associated with legendaries but not exclusive to them, and very rare.

>Weak to Dragon, Dark, Poison
>Resists Fire, Fairy

Retconned typings
- Dialga (Dragon/Time)
- Celebi (Grass/Time)
- Klink line (Steel/Time, because it's clockwork)
- Unown (pure Time)

A new cover legendary that would be story relevant in Sword/Shield, a Groundhog that creates time loops to protect things it cares about from danger, which would be what you need to escape in SS.

Moves/abilities associated with Time would have a big focus on impacting turn order.

Shadow Ball from what theorymonners are saying. Also I don't think Hidden Power works.

I guess Shadow Ball would be the standard and you'd run hidden power fighting alongside it to beat up mean Bisharps (who can't actually OHKO you with sucker punch at +1)

Also, Porygon-Z is one of my two favorite pokemon, and I'm incredibly glad that the pokemon with Z in its name gets a really neat niche out of Z-moves (I mean, a few other pokemon can do similar things but they don't get the benefit of being Porygon-z)

Also, double dance is still always a thing

You gotta update NTR (and HBL but why would you even use it in CFW). Tbh I'm still at 11.0, the more recent versions of Luma patch online play and suppresses the update nag automatically, so unless we use eShop/NNID shit, it's like nothing happened. I didn't even know when they blocked online play in it, Luma doesn't give a shit.
