It's always been image dumps and autistic obsessive "discussion" about the same four cartoon creatures for years. It was never anything more. Only difference now is that there are more holier-than-thou prudes on /vp/ constantly complaining about smut and perverts (even though /vp/ is literally a containment board for that stuff).
