Special sweeper fairies and Zard Y are the only Pokemon that can reliably beat this thing, and it helps perpetuate the cancer that is stall.

Yeah, as other have said it comes from its chest. During some of the animations (you can view and pause them in the Pokedex to get a good look) you can see a black spot where it used to be. You can sort of just see it in pic related
