This came from a 3 panel comic about an Eevee picking Java as a programming language. The Espeon said you shouldn't because you don't want to become what the last guy did.
The Eevee then became a Javeon(?), to which the Espeon is disappointed.
Apparently this comic was vent art or some shit, I don't know.
As a programmer, I think Java's a respectable language. It's a bit weird, being entirely object based and running on its own VM, but most people just hate this language for being different. It also tends to attract the worst programmers for some reason. Minecraft is a testament to how versatile Java is, as well as a stellar example of how badly you can fuck up Java if you wanted to.
