Both Origins and a Let's Go have Megas but that doesn't mean are in the timeline of XY and SM, you can't just say one is part of the timeline just because the other isn't, none is part of the timeline until proven otherwise, it would be different if both were games (then no one would doubt of Origins canonicity) but it's not the case, Origins is not different from Generations or other anime specials unrelated to the games.
