Niantic have set Poltergeist (the exclusive move) to 140 power, so assuming they don't wanna make Chandelure stronger than Mega Banette, it's probably gonna be a one-bar charge move. Theoretically that shouldn't be a problem; after all, Meteor Beam had a DPE*DPS of over 100 so this just means that Chandelure could become an insane glass cannon, right? Well, the main issue is that the current sound file in the game's code for Poltergeist is over 3 seconds long, which, unless the attack wait time is significantly shorter (which it probably won't be), means that Poltergeist Chandelure will probably be WEAKER than Shadow Ball Chandelure due to the DPE*DPS being, at best, 65.333, with Shadow Ball at 66.667.
TL;DR You might wanna keep your Chandelure with Shadow Ball, but aside from that, at least the shiny will be cool.
